for changing the web logic password we have to follow the
following steps.

1.login to admin console.
2.select security realm on left panel.
3.click on the my realm.
4.click on the tab users and groups.
5.click on the web logic user.
6.click on the password tab,update the password &save it.

once the user password is changed,the same needs to be
update in boot.properties file under.
