If two transformers same rating(11KV / 440V)connected in the
same primary line(11KV), can we connect(bus coupler)
secondary side directly or need a synchronization????

No,If you connect Bus coupler between the secondary sides of
transformer.. Trans will get parallel operation.This will not
be possible we cannot able to make parallel
operation,synchronise the transformer to make that all the
elec characteristics should be equal for the transformers.
