RTCC IS REMOTE TAPCHANGER CONTROL CUBICAL WHICH IS ESTABLISH IN CONTROL ROOM OF SUBSTATON, IT IS REQUIRED WHEN OLTC IS USE IN POWER TRANSFORMER,AVRR(AUTOMATIC VOLTAGE REGULATER RELAY)MOUNTED ON RTCC PANEL WHICH SET UP SECONDARY VOLTAGE OF TRANSFORMER FOR AUTO MODE ONLY
