What is broadband? What is bandwidth? What is frequency?

Answer Posted / ravi

Broadband is a network technology in which several independent channels are multiplexed into one cable (for example, a T1 line).
The amount of data that can be passed along a communications channel in a given period of time is called the bandwidth.

Number of waves that pass a fixed point per unit time; also, the number of cycles or vibrations undergone in unit time by a body in periodic motion. Frequency f is the reciprocal of the time T taken to complete one cycle (the period), or 1/T.
