beam top main reinforcement(25mm) was drilled off by
mistakely when making drill hole for dummy columns. any one
can give useful information for this issue or related code
or websites.

Remove the top covering of beam, Observe the laying of top
reinforcement then drill the hole of required dia berween
the top reinforcementof beam for the errection of
reinforcement of dummy columns.
