UPS is an electrical device that stands for Uninterrupted Power Supply.
Here 1KVA UPS indicates the capacity of UPS is 1KVA or we can say that the apparent power of UPS is 1KVA.
Also,given
Actual Output=800 watt
We know that Power-Factor=Actual power/apparent power
800/1KVA=0.8(unitless)
1KVA = 1000 VA = 800Watts = 1000VA X 0.8(power factor which depends on the UPS unit.
