cable normally is a conducting medium. when they carry and
coduct I or V or IV thats called his charactor is a
coductor. so cable is like material only.coduction is a
funtion. same like copper or aluminium and any other
coducting medium. insulation is depends upon the rating and
insultion proof requirments.
