YES IT WILL SHOW SOME READING AS THERE IS NO LOAD THE CAPACITOR ACT AS A LOAD.BUT WHEN THE CAPACITOR IS FULLY CHARGED THE CAPACITOR IS BY PASSED SO THERE WILL BE NO READING IN THE METER.
