Why current leads the voltage in case of capacitor load?
Why voltage leads the current in case of inductive load?
Why both are with in phase in case of restive load?

At the beginning of positive half cycle, the capacitor draws
peak positive current ,hence it is taken as leading and in
case of inductance the current is negative peak , hence
taken as lagging. In pure resistance, the current is in phase
with voltage.
