In 16' pipeline one pcv is installed which is controlled by
PT installed at inlet of PCV.If Flowrate in pipeline
increases what will happen to pressure at the inlet of pcv.

The pressure will be proportional to the flow rate, as the
flow rate increases the pressure at inlet of the valve will
increase. then the valve starts to close relatively.
