If my gross salary - 15,000.00
How to calculate PF & ESI ?
Basic salary is-6,000.00
1#calculate pf-12% on basic (6,000/100)*12=720.00
pf should be 720 deducted in every month
2#calculate ESI-1.75 % on gross salary (15,000/100)*1.75=263
Esi should be 263 deducted in every month
Esi should be applicable in <=15,000.00 on gross salary
