Hi, If we create more Gateway from one our Router Interface
Gateway (Example: by set up a ISA server etc) will it effect
on our bandwidth to be low? please help me

You mean to say all PCs will be connected to ISA server and ISA Server will be connected to router?
In this case communication speed may decrease (loading web page time will increase) due to ISA but bandwidth will remain same.
OR
you mean to say all PCs will be connected to router, ISA server also be connected to router... all PCs will send data to ISA server via router, ... ISA server will verify information and send data to back to Router to send over Internet ?
In this case, your bandwidth and communication speed both will be hurt.
