IPLC is a dedicated leased circuit that links a local work
station to its international work station(s) in order to
share data, voice, video or any service they wish to pass
as traffic on the circuit.
ISDN is a digitised circuit (PRI or BRI)that is
dedicatenced to be given voice, video or data services.
the main difference is that IPLC is a circuit link to an
international destination but ISDN is circuit link within a
particular local work station
