as we have given battery voltage 400v which is dc voltage.
choke resistance is 10ohm which is in series with battery so,
max current through the battery will be=400/10
=10amp
10amp is a dc current max current is = sqrt2*10
kva rating is = kv*i
400*sqrt2*10
=22.6kva
