In ac motor,when dc supply is given what happend to the
motor?

Because in AC Motor the motor winding is according to ac
supply and its impedence is too high due to frequency but
when we will DC Power source to same type motor the
impedence of motor will go down due to no frequency this
cause high current flow through the motor winding and it
will be burn or damage.
