Distance Vector Protocol is that which uses a hops to
calculate destination. Link state protocol is that which
uses state of the link. if link goes down/up it send
advertisement to all router in domain that state of link
goes down/up

Distance vector forward its whole routing table to neighbor
but link state tell the state of its link
