between Earth and
Neutral?

Answer Posted / alekhya

Earth is nothing but ground, which is a combination of both +ve & -ve paricles(particles may be ions or electrons),whose potential appears to be zero.whereas neutral in the circuit provides a return part, and if there is any problem of high voltages in the circuit the neutral is connected to the ground.
