1 .mcis less expensive than mp
2.mc has greater muti function pinsthaan mp
3.mp has one memory but mc has different ic for data memory
and program memory
4.boolean funtion cannot be performed by mp
5. cpu ,alu are externally attached with mp but in mc cpu
alu are in built
