If a guy is MCSA certified then one can call themself as
System Administrator as MCSA stands for Microsoft Certified
System Administrator and the responsiibilities include
Hardware knowledge,Assembling system (ATX
Cabinet),installing Hardware devices,Cabling,Climping,OS
installation,Installing Domain Controller,creation of
User,user profiles,Home
Directory,Relationship,premissions,Ras,Installation of
softwares,patch updates etc.
