APPLICABLE IN ANY CLOSE CIRCUITS,EITHER CONSTANT OR THER IS
A CHANGES IN TEMPERATURE,
RESISTANCE IS NOT CONSTANT,ANY CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE WILL
BE AFFECTING THE RESISTANCE.
