How much voltage we get between two wire of 4 to 20 ma
output? Is this voltage up or down respectvice to 4 - 20
ma ?
Answer Posted / sathish kumar
It depends on the resistor. For 4-20mA o/p 200ohm resistor
wants to use. For 4mA o/p is 0.8V and 20mA o/p is 4V. It it
exceeds 4.4V means it will be short cicuit. To avoid these
problem zener diode will be use across the resistor for to
protect the system.
