webpages, ur system is pinging properly to dns server . so
pls tell me where is problem ?

BUT no one has stated the obvious.
Have you checked more than one website?
Are all the PC's in that area, department also NOT able to
browse the web?
Is there a Security policy in place to Deny browsing?
They may allow Intranet browsing OR only a few ALLOWED
websites.
