It is done basically for to check the magnetically balanced
condition for the two windings as well as for phase angle
displacements for to under go in the parallal operation mode
for a transformer.
it also tells the good comparision between
Delta-star,Star-delta and Star-Star or Delta-Delta.

why do we need to use 3c+3e cable, normally i select only 3c+e cable and i think it is enough. pls explain the usefull of 3e cable ( in this project the earthing system is well done)
