why cannot we use a freuency more than 400hz is used in
aircrafts?

when a higher frequency is used a higher eddy current losses
are generated.
due to this increase in losses the insulation level of the
equipments which are used must be kept higher.
also a large amount of heat is generated which may decrease
the life of insulation.
