YES BORING IF SAMPLING PROCESS IS NOT ADOPTED.BECAUSE IF YOU
CHECK THOUSAND SAME TRANSACTION & CHECKING 100 TRANSACTION
MAKE NO DIFFERENCE IF YOU ARE SURE ABOUT INTERNAL CONTROL
