Salary is periodic payment for long term employment, say monthly, which may attract the variation of expenses in day-day-life of the employees and Employer is privileged to entrust any possible jobs to the employee that may contribute to the income and growth of the company.
Wage is subject the work and time on daily or hourly basis and no more duration. At the end of the working hourse, labourers should be paid the day's wage (though some contractors used to pay it weekly or conveniently).
Labourers will not get salary, but wages or risk allowance.
Employees will get salary and no wage or temporary allowance
