Why does a TV set have two pin plug whereas the moniter of
a computer has three pin plug? Isn't the earthing
protection required for the TV set

computer has metal outer body.that may cause electric shock
if there any contact between b/w metal body and line.so
earthing is must for computers.tv has no metal outer
parts.
