FBT stands for Fringe Benefits Tax, Tax payable by the
employer to the Central Government (IT Dept.) in India in
respect of the Fringe Benefits provided to the employees.
Now the FBT is not in Force in India, as it has been withdrawn.

Occasionally it is said that issuing convertible bonds is better than issuing stock when the firms shares are undervalued. Suppose that the financial manager of Decent Furniture Company does in fact have inside information indicating that the decent stock price is too low.
