Can any horizontally mounted motor be used as vertical?

1) For Vertical mounting Motor. Flange type Mounting will
be the best.
2) If the motor is Fractional KW then Mounting is not
matters. if Rating of motor is High it is not possible to
use Horizontal motor as Vertical.
