CT-current transformer is used to measure the amount of
current having huge range.
like 2500:5 CT will give o/p of 5 amperes for i/p of 2500
amperes.
so, the huge amount of current can be measured in this
indirect method, as the CT gives proportional o/p for input
current to be measured.
