Generally In a prestressed COncrete Girder Stresing is done
using multi pull jacks that can pull all the cables in a
seething pipe. Also jacks are provided on both the ends of
cables and stress is applied to it until it reaches the
specified limit.
Elongation of the cables is also measured to cross check
the tension in the cables.
