What is Consolidation? Consolidation is merging
transactions of 2 or more set of books/ledgers into one set
of books/ledger
Which module do you use it? General Ledger
When? Either at end of year or even at end of each period.
It depends upon requirements of organization.

HI, once we create the standard invoice then we can get journal entry item expense a/c-dr to liability a.c then item it will reflect through inventory, but liability a/c . it will reflect from GL , it is possible .
