THE SHARE PREMIUM MEAN THE PRICE ABOVE THE FACE VALUE,
WHENEVER THE COMPANY CAME FOR IPO THEN IT ARAISED MONEY
FROM MARKET BY ISSUE OF SHARE.
EXAMPLE : IF THE CAME FOR IPO THE PRICE BRAND IS Rs 90-100
BUT THE FACE VALUE IS Rs 10 ONLY REMAINING AMOUNTED IS
SHARE PREMIUM.
