Answer Posted / h.r. sreepada bhagi
As soon as a foreign exchange is credited to your bank a/c,
the bank will issue the FIRC(Foreign Inward Remittance
Certificate). If it's not received from the bank, you can
write to your bank and receive it. It needs to be submitted
to the RBI (Reserve bank of India) with relevant details
through your bank with in 6 months. But it's always
advisable to have the practice of submission on a monthly
basis for convenience & control.
