on the job means traning at organisation like cotching,job
rotaton,traning from superior or boss meance u r trained at
work place.
off job means tranning which is not given at work place but
some body is appointed to traine like case study,mgmt.
games, lecturs,role play etc.

Why are the employers not disclosing the results or the defects of the specific candidate soon after Interviewing process? Is There any complication which will arise in mentioning the details or to keep them confidential?
