salray prepareration is a very importnt work in a factory
or company.first preparation of salary is depended on the
plolicy of a company .

simple calculation
no of working days x wages per day

if company provide 2 or 3 day off then we will not deduct
off days wages.
if not then we will not deduct
if company provide hra , extra duty,or other benefits then
the value will be add in salary
