The following are point of distinction between share and
debenture:-
1. Share is a ownership security otherwise debenture is a
creditors security.
2. Share dividend paid to share holders after profit and
loss account otherwise debenture paid by creditors before
profit and loss account.
3. Share not convert debenture but debenture convert into
share.
