and BDR selection

The DR server as common point for all adjacency on a malty
access segment...
The BDR Also maintains adjacency with all router in case the
DR file...
Does not occur on point to point or multipoint link...
Default priority (0-255)is 1 highest priority..0 can not be
elected..
