Current ratio: current assets / current liabilities
Quick ratio : Quick assets (Current assets - stock) / quick
liabilities (Current liabilities - prepaid expenses)
Operating ratio : Operating expenses / net sales
Operating ratio shows management efficiency of company by
comparing operating expenses with net sales
