sometimes, eventhough the HV side of the transformer is
opened there is a voltage in LV side .How is it possible?

Answer Posted / thuranga

we can find voltage on lv side even when we remove hv
side,is because of its residual flux present in the
core......and this can happen only if there is no perfect
grounding to the transformer.
even though the grounding is not present, the voltage appear
for only a short time,as that voltage will get consumed by
the inductance and capacitance on the LV side of the
transformer.
