i dont know what is vat and Form C. can anybody tell me
answer? my querry is that--- one dealer (A) from
maharashtra wants to deal with end costemor (B) of MP state
and company material which he (A) will perchase from MH
itself and deliver to MP directly. now form 49 comes.
what is it? we dont have form 49. what to do?

If we got a printing jon we are adverstising firm for that we purchase paper from local dealer which contain vat 4% now when i bill to the person from whom i got a priniting job what should i consider this as service or sale and what tax i charge, i don't have vat no. but i have service tax no.?
