AIM (Application Implementation Methodology) is the process
for implementing any ERP package.
The process steps are:
1.Planning (Which includes project kick off - Internal and
External)
2. Business Process Modelling (Requirements & Solution
Design)
3.Design, Build and Testing (SIT testing)
4.UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
5.Go-Live
6.Support..
each step in this process has an extensive explaination of
various steps involved.
