a team is a group of individual with indifferent thougthts.
if we have to maintain ateam first basic step is to
understand the nature of an individual personally and
professionally.
we shoul judge the people in correct way to authorised a
certain set of responsibility to individual. we have to
avoid all partialities among team member and treat them
equally.
we take the suggestion from each individual so that they
feel a part of team and response properly, if these things
are proper we can go to next step
