The word Depreciation is derived from the latin word
Depretium, De means decline and pretium means price,
Hencce Deprication means decline in price,
Depreciation is Calculated and shown in the profit and loss
a/c and it was deducted from fixed assets in the balance
sheet.

if a person join company on 01-04-04. after 5 year he is resigned on 31-03-09 and date of leaving is 14-04-09.
