in pf lagging means current decrease by increasing voltage
is correct or not ? reason ?
Answer Posted / ikab
PF lagging means there is an inductive load connected along with active load. more inductive load or less pf means more current in conductor which results copper losses and generates heat. with temperature increase resistance of a conductor would also increase hence voltage drop as a result. so Increasing voltage will result in more current.
