If we r pay the amount on 1st jan for two months rent that
entry is
Rent a/c Dr 2000
To cash a/c 2000
(being Rent paid for themonth of Jan)
&
Prepaid Rent A/c Dr2000
To rent A/c 2000
(Being booked rent Advance)
