SHORT OR LONG COLOUMN DEPENDS ON THE SLENDERNESS RATIO THAT
IS THE RATIO OF LENGTH TO RADIUS OF GYRATION. SO IT DEPENDS
ON THE LENGTH OF THE COLOUMN. IF SLENDERNESS RATIO IS LESS
THAN 60 THAEN IT IS CALLED AS A SHORT COLUMN.
