normally we uses star winding in rotor .why?

DEAR
YOUR REPLY ITSELF STATING "IN CASE OF FAULT" AND ALSO NO
EXERNAL FORCES WILL CAUSE TO DAMAGE THE ROTOR CKT. UNTILL
UNLESS INSULATION FAILURE FOR THE ROTOR WINDING. HENCE IF
THE ROTOR IS HEALTHY IT WON'T BE EARTHED. AS UR STATEMENT
IT WILL CREATES HEAVY VIBRATIONS AND COUSES MOREHEATING OF
THE STATOR.
