Is there any difference between circuit breakers and
isolators
Answer Posted / om shanker
both circuit breaker and isolator make or break the circuit
but main difference is that circuit breaker operates on load
condition and isolators operate of load condition.circuit
breakers operates on fault condition or when we have to
interrupt the ciruit:
1. open the circuit breaker
2. open the isolator
and when we have to close the circuit:
1.close the isolator
2.close the circuit breaker
