be expressed as Joule ( J )?

for example .
if we have to find diameter of shaft of any material and we
take as C-45 material of shaft whose permissible shear
stress is 45*10^6 N/M^2
SO as Torque = (22/7)/16 * (shear stress) * d^3
therefore its unit will be Nm
